Notice is herby given that, pursuant to Section 145-93.C of the Village of Warwick Zoning Law and Section 7-725-a.8 of the Village Law (site plans), that the Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 19th day of October, 2017 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Town of Warwick, Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, New York 10990, on the application of 16 Elm St. LLC, for site plan approval to allow construction of a new eating and drinking establishment, grading and paving for parking, and other site improvements all on lands lying at 16 Elm Street within said Village and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 210 Block 12 Lot 14 and for such other purposes as may lawfully come before the Board. A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours. All persons interested are invited to attend. The meeting is open to the public.
