In response to the current health crises and economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 virus, the Village of Warwick will waive penalties and shut-off for late water & sewer payments beginning April 1, 2020 until further action of the Village Board.

Note on Final Water Reading
If you would like to request a final reading for change in ownership or tenant, please download this form.  You may submit this form to the Village of Warwick Water Billing Department at Village Hall, email to waterbilling@villageofwarwick.org, or fax to 845-986-6884.

Payment Schedule

PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INITIAL BILL

  • 30 Days past initial bill date: 5% penalty
  • 60 Days past initial bill date: Additional 3% penalty
  • 85 Days past initial bill date: Subject to water shut off (water shut off & reconnect fees will apply)

Account numbers beginning with a 1, 2, 3 or 5, your initial bill is generated and mailed on February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st. Payments are due within 30 days without penalty.  

Account numbers beginning with a 0, 4, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or the property is located in Warwick Grove, your initial bill is generated and mailed on March 15th, June 15th, September 15th and December 15th. Payments are due within 30 days without penalty.

You may pay your water & sewer bill a number of ways:

 1. To make an Online Payment:

Online payments will be accepted directly by ‘Clicking Here’. Enter your account number and 4-digit PIN located on your utility bill.

Payments can be made using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or Visa Debit card (2.95% convenience fee will apply) or by Electronic Check ($1.99 flat fee will apply). Convenience and flat fees are collected by the web service provider, not by the Village of Warwick and are subject to change without notice.

You will receive an email confirmation of your payment. The Village of Warwick Online Water & Sewer History System website will not reflect your payment until it is updated the next business day.

2. Through the Night Drop:

Water & sewer payments may be placed in the night drop located on the front of Village Hall after hours.

3. Via Mail:

Village of Warwick water & sewer payments are also accepted at Village Hall – 77 Main Street, Warwick, NY 10990 during regular office hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We are closed for all government holidays.

Bills are payable in person via Check, Cash, or Credit / Debit Card.
