Access & Pay Your Account Online

Go HERE to access & pay your water & sewer bill, enroll in AutoPay, or view account information.

To access your account, enter the account number and PIN located on the top of your bill. If you need help locating your account information, please contact the Water Billing Clerk via email: waterbilling@villageofwarwick.org or phone: 845.986.2031 ext. 105.

Register HERE as a new user or login if you are an existing user. Choose the ‘AutoPay Enrollment’ option.

By enrolling in AutoPay, your water/sewer bill(s) will be automatically paid 7 days prior to the bill due date using your selected payment method.

Enrollees will receive a ‘Payment Scheduled’ email 2 weeks before the payment is processed.  This email notification will include the payment amount, scheduled payment date, and confirmation number.

You will receive an email confirmation when your payment is processed. The Village of Warwick Online Water & Sewer History System website will not reflect your payment until it is updated the next business day.

  • Payments can be made using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or Visa Debit card (2.95% convenience fee will apply) or by Electronic Check ($1.99 flat fee will apply). Convenience and flat fees are collected by the web service provider, not by the Village of Warwick and are subject to change without notice.
  • When enrolling or unenrolling in AutoPay within 3 weeks prior to your bill due date, changes may not apply to the current bill.
  • AutoPay enrollees will continue to receive original bills via mail or Ebill (if enrolled in Ebills). To enroll in Ebills, please click HERE.

Payment Schedule

Village residents receive  the initial water bill and a sixty-day past due final/shut off notice, followed by a shut off door knocker placed at the residence if the bill remains unpaid.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INITIAL BILL

  • 30 Days past initial bill date: 5% penalty
  • 60 Days past initial bill date: Additional 3% penalty
  • 85 Days past initial bill date: Subject to water shut off (water shut off & reconnect fees will apply)

Account numbers beginning with a 1, 2, 3 or 5, your initial bill is generated and mailed on February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st. Payments are due within 30 days without penalty.  

Account numbers beginning with a 0, 4, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or the property is located in Warwick Grove, your initial bill is generated and mailed on March 15th, June 15th, September 15th and December 15th. Payments are due within 30 days without penalty.

Note on Final Water Reading

If you would like to request a final reading for change in ownership or tenant, please download this form.  You may submit this form to the Village of Warwick Water Billing Department at Village Hall, email to waterbilling@villageofwarwick.org, or fax to 845-986-6884.

2. Through the Night Drop:

Water & sewer payments may be placed in the night drop located on the front of Village Hall after hours.

Water & Sewer Resources

The Village’s water resources include the three reservoirs and two wells. Water infrastructure is made up of purification and distribution systems.

The purification system includes a Water Treatment Plant for the reservoirs and a Micro-filtration Plant for Well #2. The distribution system includes water mains, hydrants and pump stations.
