PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Warwick will hold a public hearing on the 7thday of November 2022, at 7:30 p.m., at Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York 10990, on a proposed Local Law No. 3 of the Year 2022 entitled: “A local law to amend Village Code Chapter 135, ‘Vehicles and Traffic’ to add traffic safety regulations and traffic control devices.”
The purpose of this local law is to promote the public health, safety, and welfare by amending Village Code Chapter 135, ‘Vehicles and Traffic’ to add traffic safety regulations and traffic control devices.”
A copy of the proposed local law is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and is available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk’s business hours, and the proposed local law has also been posted on the Village’s website HERE.
The Village Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
