Due to the snow storm and snow removal there will be no parking on Main Street Until Further NoticeNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Warwick at Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York 10990 on the 19th day of May 2025 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard on a proposed local law entitled “A local law amending Village of Warwick Village Code Chapter 145, ‘Zoning,’ to repeal and re-enact subsection 145-152(L) regarding the duration of variances”.
A copy of the proposed local law is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk’s business hours. The proposed local law has also been posted on the Village’s website HERE.
The Village Board will at the above-stated date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Village Board must be received by the Village Board at or prior to the public hearing.
