August for the Arts
August for the Arts has been a success on many levels. It has concentrated arts and culture activities into a month-long celebration and has branded our community as a place of discovery and creativity. The final activity is the Fuller Moon Arts Fest which will be held from August 26th through the 27th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The festival is a celebration of the arts, nature, and community. The event takes place at Mountain Lake Park on Bowen Road in the Town of Warwick. Hosted by Wickham Works it is a collaboration with the Warwick Center for the Performing Arts. The two-day festival will be packed with live music, dance performances, art installations, theatre, interactive arts activities as well as an Arts Fair. Be ready to spend the day and sample some delicious farm-to-table eats. This is an event for every age and has something for everyone.
