Help Wanted: Part-Time Billing Control Clerk

The Village of Warwick is seeking to fill the position of Part-Time Billing Control Clerk for the Water/Sewer Department. Responsibilities include providing general support to the Clerk’s Office, setting up new water/sewer accounts, entering water meter readings, researching billing complaints and related billing issues; maintenance of a database containing account information, meter readings, etc.; calculating and mailing new and delinquent bills, entering payments, scheduling appointments and preparing work orders for service repairs and final reads. Applicants must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in general computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
