Water & Sewer Utility Billing E-Bill Notification Authorization

Terms and Conditions 

• By completing this enrollment form, you are choosing to receive your Village of Warwick Water/Sewer Billing Statement electronically and will NOT be receiving a billing statement or late notice by mail.
• Once enrolled in the electronic E-Bill Program, you are responsible for ensuring receipt of the email. The Village of Warwick Water/Sewer Billing Department will email your statement ready notification and billing reminder to the email address you provide and if you fail to receive it, you are still responsible for all charges on the account by the due date. If payment is received after the due date, penalties will apply.
• Failure to notify the Village of Warwick Water/Sewer Billing Department of any changes or failure to receive or view the bill does not waive penalties or fees and the account will still be subject for disconnection due to non-payment. While we make every attempt, the Village of Warwick Water/Sewer Billing Department cannot ensure any electronic delivery.
• You may view and print your E-Bill and submit payment via mail or at Village Hall or make online payments by logging into the Village of Warwick Online Water & Sewer History & Payment System using your account number and PIN. Additional fees apply for online payments.
• By completing this enrollment form, I acknowledge that email addresses are public records under New York law and are not exempt from public records requirements.
• Enrollment in the E-Bill Program will remain in effect until I notify the Village of Warwick Water/Sewer Department in writing to discontinue or until the email address provided no longer accepts E-Bills.
