Volunteer Opportunity: Summer Concert Series Coordinator

The Village of Warwick is seeking a volunteer to assist our current concert coordinator in managing the Summer Concert Series. This is an exciting opportunity to help continue to bring live music to our community this summer!

Responsibilities:

• Work with Village staff and officials to set concert dates and locations.
• Book diverse bands with Village Board approval.
• Manage contracts, payments, and the concert budget.
• Set up barricades, “Concert Tonight” signs, and assist with event logistics.
• Handle communication and outreach by creating and distributing concert schedule flyers and managing the Concert Series Facebook page with updates and reminders. https://www.facebook.com/vowsummerconcertseries/

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and events.
• Comfortable with social media and working with a team.
