STRATEGIC PLANNING & FEASIBILITY STUDY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Village of Warwick, Orange County, New York, in collaboration with the Town of Warwick, is soliciting the services of a Transportation Planning Consultant to conduct a Multi-Use Trail Strategic Planning and Feasibility Study for a multi-use trail parallel to Route 94 South.
Interested consulting firms are invited to submit a proposal which addresses their capabilities to meet the requirements of this engagement. The Village will review the proposals received and may schedule interviews with the most qualified responsive firms.
The Request for Proposal is available from the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 77 Main Street, P.O. Box 369, Warwick, NY. The Clerk may be contacted via email at clerk@villageofwarwick.org or by phone 845-986-2031 ext. 102.
Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and seven (7) copies and an electronic copy of their submittal to clerk@villageofwarwick.org prior to Friday, July 26, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. Responses shall be firmly sealed in an envelope or box and contain the Respondent’s name and return address, including the notation “Proposal to Provide Services for Multi-Use Trail Strategic Planning & Feasibility Study”, and submitted to Attn: Village Clerk, Village of Warwick, P.O. Box 369, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York 10990.
Questions or requests for additional information or documents should be emailed to clerk@villageofwarwick.org and will be accepted no later than close of business on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
Proposals shall remain valid for 90 days following the noted receipt date.
