Legal Notice of Bid – Chemicals 2023-24

NOTICE OF BID

CHEMICAL DELIVERY

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Warwick, Warwick, NY will receive sealed bids at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street / PO Box 369, Warwick, New York for chemical delivery to the Village of Warwick Water and Sewer Plant – Bid must include delivery to Well #2, Well #3, Water Plant, Sewer Plant and Micro Filtration Plant.

 

Specifications for the bids may be found HERE or by emailing the Village Clerk’s Office at clerk@villageofwarwick.org. All sealed bids must be received by March 30, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. at which time these proposals will be publicly opened and read.

 

Each bidder shall furnish a non-collusive bidding certificate with their bid.  Bids will be for the Fiscal Year June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.

 

All bidding shall be subject to the provisions of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, as amended, and the Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept a proposal which it considers to be in the best interest of the Village of Warwick.
