WASTEWATER TREATEMENT PLANT DIGESTER
The Village of Warwick is starting a project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located on River St. on Monday, August 22. The project involves required removal of collected solid materials so the digester can do its job more effectively. To do this, the digester cover needs to be partially removed for the duration of the project, which should last approximately one week. As a result of the removal, activity odors may be released primarily during the workday hours and may extend beyond the property of the plant. We apologize for any inconvenience this important activity may create for residents in the vicinity.
