NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 145-93.C of the Village of Warwick Zoning Law and Section 7-725-a.8 of the Village Law (site plans), that the Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 14th day of June, 2022 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York, on the application of 13 Forester LLC., for site plan approval of lands lying at 13 Forester Avenue at the vicinity of the corner of Forester Avenue and Church Street all within said Village and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 208 Block 2 Lot 1.2, and for such other purposes as may lawfully come before the Board. A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours. All persons interested are invited to attend. The meeting is open to the public.
The applicant proposes construction of an 8,000 +/- square foot (“sf”) two story Building on the site of 13 Forester Avenue to be used for a restaurant and retail sales. The project will be serviced by municipal sewer and water.
