A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be held on the 18th day of January, 2022 commencing at 7:00 PM at Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York to consider the following application. Please take notice that due to the Covid-19 virus, the meeting may be held by a virtual Zoom meeting. The Village’s website should be reviewed prior to the meeting, and if it is to be held by virtual Zoom, instructions on how to participate in the meeting will be posted on the Village’s website.
STEPHEN M. GROSS for property located at 62 Colonial Avenue, Warwick, New York (the property) and designated on the Village lax map as Section 208 Block I Lot 13 for an interpretation of whether a building permit issued by the Building Inspector to Manfred Alstad! for the development of the property for a 7,570 square foot single family dwelling was properly issued, and in the event it was not, for its cancellation.
