Public Hearing: Warwick Commons Stage 5

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that, pursuant to Section 145-93.C of the Village of Warwick Zoning Law and Section 7-725-a.8 of the Village Law (site plans), that the Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 9th day of March, 2021 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Town of Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, New York, on the application of Warwick Commons Stage 5, LLC for amended site plan approval to allow construction and use of a condominium residential development.  The development includes construction of 90 condominium units (82 one-car garage units and 8 two-car garage units) with a total of 180 bedrooms in 14 buildings with related infrastructure. The premises are located on property located at the intersection of Brady Road and Sheffield Drive in the Village of Warwick, New York. The property consists of 6 tax lots identified as Lots 218-1-91, 92, 93, 94 & 96 and 219-1-2.2.  A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours.  All persons interested are invited to attend.  The meeting is open to the public.  Face coverings and social distancing must be observed.
