Public Hearing: 3 Elizabeth Street

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be held on Tuesday the 16th day of February, 2021 commencing at 7:00pm at 132 Kings Hwy, Town of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:

APPLICATION OF CHRISTOPHER & REBECCA BANK for property located at 3 Elizabeth St., Warwick, NY, designated on the Village tax map as Section 201 Block 3 Lot 21.11 for a variance of the Bulk Area Requirements of the Code permitting construction of a garage requiring the following variances set forth as follows – existing/required/proposed – side yard:  29.9ft/30ft/9.9ft; total side yard: 50.3ft/50ft./40.4ft.; front yard: 37ft.1ft./35ft./32.1ft.

The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Board of Appeals, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board or at such hearing.
