NOTICE OF CONTINUED HEARING
A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be held on Tuesday the 16th day of February 2021 commencing at 7:00pm at 132 Kings Hwy, Town of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:
PATRICK GALLAGHER for property located at 16 Elm Street, Warwick, NY and designated on the Village tax map as Section 210 Block 12 Lot 14 for an interpretation of the Village Building Inspector set forth in the letter of the Building Inspector dated 5/12/2020 that determined, inter alia, that the expiration of the 16 Elm Street project site plan approval and building permit were tolled by pending litigation and the Governor’s Executive Order delaying non-essential construction.
The above application is open to inspection (by appointment only) at the office of the Board of Appeals, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board or at such hearing.
