NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 145-112.A and Section 145-93.C of the Code of the Village of Warwick that the Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, New York will hold a Public Hearing on the 14th day of April, 2020 at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York, on the application of 18 Railroad Avenue Realty, LLC for site plan approval and a conditional use permit for the conversion of a third floor into seven (7) residential apartment units to be located at Railroad Ave. within the said Village, and shown generally on the tax maps as section 211, block 7, lot 5 and for such purposes as may lawfully come before the Board.
A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours.
At this hearing, citizens and persons of interest will have an opportunity to be heard.
