A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be held on Tuesday the 18st day of February, 2020 commencing at 7:00pm at 77 Main Street, Village of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:
APPLICATION OF HAZELYN & PATRICK CORCORAN for property located at 37 High St., Warwick, NY, designated on the Village tax map as Section 207 Block 4 Lot 12 for a variance of the Bulk Area Requirements of the Code permitting construction of a new single family residence with setbacks as follows (Required/Proposed): front yard setback – 35ft./16.16(+-) feet including steps: rear yard setback – 35ft./23.7ft.(+-) including steps; 1 side yard setback -20ft/5(+-) ft.; 1 side yard setback – 30ft./10ft (+-); total side yard setback 50ft./15(+-)ft.
The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Board of Appeals, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York.
