A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be on Tuesday, the 21st day of January, 2020 commencing at 7:00pm at 77 Main Street, Village of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:
APPLICATION OF 18 RAILROAD AVENUE REALTY, LLC for property located at 18 Railroad Ave., Warwick, NY, designated on the Village tax map as Section 211 Block 7 Lot 5 for an interpretation or variance of Section 145-70 – off-street parking and loading requirements in regard to providing permanent parking for 7 residential 1 bedroom apartments on the 3rd floor of the building located at 18 Railroad Ave.
The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Board of Appeals, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York.
