ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
VILLAGE OF WARWICK, NEW YORK

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be continued on Monday the 21st  day of October, 2019 commencing at 7:00pm at 77 Main Street, Village of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:

APPLICATION OF GEORGE ANGELASTRO for property owned by located at 19 Cropsey St., Warwick, NY, designated on the Village tax map as Section 232 Block 11 Lot 1.10 pursuant to Village Law Section 7-712-b.1 seeking corrections, modifications and/or clarifications to certain of the Building Inspector’s determinations set forth in a certain Inspection Report and the accompanying Notices of Violation and Orders to Remedy, all of which are available for inspection in the file maintained by the Building Inspector’s Office.

The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Board of Appeals, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board or at such hearing.
