PLANNING BOARD – PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Kennedy Properties/Forester Avenue


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that, pursuant to Section 145-93.C of the Village of Warwick Zoning Law and Section 7-725-a.8 of the Village Law (site plans), and pursuant to Section 120-5.F. of the Code of the Village of Warwick, and Section 7-728 of the Village Law that the Planning Board of the Village of Warwick, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 13th day of August, 2019 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York, on the application of Kennedy Companies Inc., for site plan and subdivision approval of lands lying at Forester Avenue in the vicinity of the building commonly  referred to as the Mechanical Rubber building and adjoining the premises commonly known as the American Legion building all within said Village and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 211 Block 12 Lot 1, and for such other purposes as may lawfully come before the Board. A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Board during regular business hours.  All persons interested are invited to attend.  The meeting is open to the public.

The applicant proposes a two-lot subdivision whereby the existing Mechanical Rubber building will be located on one lot to the rear of the premises and a new multi-unit residential apartment building will be constructed upon the second lot at the front of the premises. The project will be serviced by municipal sewer and water.
