Due to the snow storm and snow removal there will be no parking on Main Street Until Further Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Warwick, Warwick, NY will receive sealed bids at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York for the following items:
Chemicals – Water and Sewer Plant – Bid must include delivery to Well #2, Well #3, Water Plant, Sewer Plant and Micro Filtration Plant.
Pick-up and delivery of 30 yard refuse containers at Village owned property on an as per need basis.
Specifications for the bids may be obtained at the Village Hall, 77 Main Street, Warwick, NY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All sealed bids must be in by April 17, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. at which time these proposals will be publicly opened and read.
Each bidder shall furnish a non-collusive bidding certificate with their bid. All these bids will be for a period beginning June 1, 2018 – May 31, 2019.
All bidding shall be subject to the provisions of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, as amended, and the Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept a proposal which it considers to be in the best interest of the Village of Warwick.
