A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Warwick will be held on Monday the 17th day of September, 2018 commencing at 7:00pm at 77 Main Street, Village of Warwick, New York to consider the following application:
APPLICATION OF ASH PUTTASWAMY for property located at 26 Van Buren St., Warwick, NY, designated on the Village tax map as Section 210 Block 13 Lot 10 for a variance of the Bulk Area Requirements of the Code permitting attachment of a proposed 240 sq. ft. 1 car garage to be attached to a proposed addition of 21 sq. ft. to an existing porch with the following setbacks:
